Ọ weshẹshi   He/she/it slept
Eyẹ weshẹshi.  We slept
Vha weshẹshi.  You (pl.) Slept
E weshẹshi.  They slept
A weshẹshi.  One slept

Le _ Eat
Mi le.  Í ate
U le.  You ate
Ọ le.  He/she/it ate
Eyẹ le. We ate
Vha le.  You (pl.) ate
E le.  They ate
A le.  One/ people ate

Na _ run
Mi na _ I ran

NB -Eyẹ is also commonly heard as "ma" in other parts of Afemai
